"I had an issue with one of my payments and I contacted the State Farm representative, and she was completely cooperative and help me and educated me on what my options were on how to move forward and deal with the payment issue that I had they completely resolved the issue for me and I am 100% satisfied with the customer service and the attendant that they showed me I’ve been a State Farm Customer for a few years and I absolutely love having my insurance"

"Called Statefarm in Winterhaven Florida to inquire why my rates have gone up Veronica explained to me that it was a state wide increase and suggested I get the app safe and save, to lower my premium from 10 to 30%. Took my monthly premium closer to where I wanted it, thank you Veronica for being so nice and helpful! If I ever have any more questions I’ll ask for you."
