After years of faithfully handing over **$351 a month** to my previous insurance company, I finally decided it was time to break up with our overpriced relationship. 💔💸
That's when George and Anderson came to the rescue.
From day one, they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. No insurance mumbo jumbo, no pressure tactics, and no making me feel like I needed a law degree to understand my policy.
Now for the part that made me do a double take... 👀
They got us **better coverage for both of our vehicles**, and my monthly premium dropped to **$276 a month!**
Let me repeat that for the people in the back...
**BETTER coverage. LESS money.**
In this economy?! I was looking around for hidden cameras because it felt about as unbelievable as Jake from State Farm appearing out of thin air at 3 am in his famous khakis. 😂
Another thing I absolutely love is that they're local. When I call, I get an actual human being instead of having to:

"Hoy, por segunda ocasión, llamé a la oficina de Rob Semans para orientarme sobre el traslado de mi póliza. En mi primera llamada, hace más de un mes, no obtuve toda la información necesaria para que este proceso pudiera realizarse correctamente.
Sin embargo, en el día de hoy mi experiencia fue completamente diferente y mucho mejor, gracias a la atención que recibí de Diana. Ella tuvo la amabilidad de explicarme con detalle todos los pasos y alternativas necesarias para el traslado de mi póliza.
Diana es una persona muy atenta, empática, servicial, amable, amigable y, sobre todo, muy profesional. Gracias a su excelente orientación, ahora entiendo claramente el proceso y los pasos a seguir. Si la primera agente que me atendió hubiera brindado la misma explicación y dedicación que Diana, este traslado se habría realizado desde hace mucho tiempo.
Actualmente estoy en espera de que la otra oficina complete la transferencia de mi póliza hacia la oficina de Rob Semans.
Necesitamos más agentes como Diana. Su servicio fue excepcional y merece todo el reconocimiento. ¡Le doy 100 estrellas a Diana!
Today—for the second time—I called Rob Semans' office to get guidance regarding the transfer of my policy. During my first call, over a month ago, I did not receive all the information necessary to ensure this process could be carried out correctly.
However, my experience today was completely different—and much better—thanks to the assistance I received from Diana. She was kind enough to explain to me, in detail, all the steps and options involved in transferring my policy.
Diana is a very attentive, empathetic, helpful, kind, and friendly person—and, above all, highly professional. Thanks to her excellent guidance, I now clearly understand the process and the steps I need to take. If the first agent who assisted me had provided the same level of explanation and dedication as Diana, this transfer would have been completed a long time ago.
I am currently waiting for the other office to finalize the transfer of my policy to Rob Semans' office.
We need more agents like Diana. Her service was exceptional, and she deserves every bit of recognition. I give Diana 100 stars!
Recientemente llamé a la oficina de Rob Semans para resolver un asunto relacionado con una factura. Diana me había dejado un mensaje informándome que no estaría disponible ese día y que dejaría a una compañera encargada de ayudarme con mi situación.
Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con la señora Verónica fue muy decepcionante. Durante la llamada, mostró una actitud poco profesional, poco empática y grosera. Además, hizo comentarios inapropiados, indicando que yo estaba repitiendo lo mismo varias veces, en lugar de escuchar y tratar de comprender mi situación.
Como resultado, no recibí la ayuda que necesitaba ni una solución a mi problema. Considero que el trato recibido de la señora Verónica estuvo muy por debajo del nivel de atención al cliente que se espera de una oficina profesional.
I recently called Rob Semans office to resolve an issue regarding an invoice. Diana had left me a message stating that she would be unavailable that day and that a colleague would assist me with my situation instead.
Unfortunately, my experience with Ms. Verónica was very disappointing. During the call, she displayed an unprofessional, rude, and unsympathetic attitude. Furthermore, she made inappropriate comments—pointing out that I was repeating myself—instead of listening and trying to understand my situation.
As a result, I received neither the help I needed nor a solution to my problem. I consider the treatment I received from Ms. Verónica to be far below the standard of customer service expected from a professional office."

"Do not get business insurance thru them!! I have a small business (i’m the only employee) My rate increased by $100 a month for no explanation. Then they over charged me $300 plus dollars in October 2025 and another $400 plus in November2025. When i called for an explanation they didn’t have one. Instead of giving me my money back I had to do an audit thru a third party company. Which was fine at first. State farm said I could send in my tax forms for verification. After doing that I get an email saying they don’t accept that. It’s The end of May 2026 and They still owe me money."

"When I recently moved to Florida from Virginia, one of the most important thing I had to do was transfer both my vehicle and life insurance policies. I am very happy and grateful for the service and support I received from Rob Semans StateFarm office in Winter Haven FL. Within 2 days both policies were transferred and updated. Both policy documents were emailed and printed for me. The entire staff was extremely helpful in getting this done for me. Special thanks 🙏🏽 to Diana and Marian. Their efforts will now allow me to register my vehicle in the state of Florida, and brought my Life Insurance policy with me here to Winter Haven Fl. Sincerely Elvis A Donovan.
